The program will provide participants with hands on experience in the operation of gaming equipment, machine payouts and maintenance, as well as customer relations and provide Responsible Gambling Services.
This program is being conducted at The Stars Club, one of Regional Australia's prime sporting and gaming complex, this is a unique opportunity to learn first hand what it is like to work in a real gaming environment as well as gaining a Nationally Recognised Qualification.
Requirements Applicants must be 18 yeas and over, to be able to participate in practical exercises you are required by law to have a gaming licence. This however is not a prerequisite for the course.
For those who have a gaming Licence a three hour work experience component will be included. Uniform Requirements: Please wear black and white attire.
