This course is delivered flexibly, and session times are
arranged to suit the groups work commitments.
Theory subjects are delivered in a practical way wherever
possible and incorporate work-related projects.

This course introduces students to the sport and recreation
industries and involves both on and off-the-job training.
Student will complete core units which cover a broad range
of vocational subjects orientated towards sports and recreation,
along with sport administration electives.
Study Areas
Working in teams, computer operations, data retrieval,
dealing with customers/clients, career planning, OH&S,
financial planning, recreation & facility management,
first aid, communications, specialist units from selected
streams (Officiating), plus electives. Course
